Questions About Plans

Can I change plans after choosing?
Yes! You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time by paying only the proportional difference. Downgrades are accepted between events.
What happens if I exceed the invite limit?
You will be notified when you reach 90% of the limit. To expand capacity, upgrade to a higher plan and keep operating without interruptions.
Do I need to pay a monthly fee?
No! You only pay when you create an event. There are no monthly fees, annual fees or maintenance fees. Create your account for free and pay only when needed.
Can I create multiple events?
Yes! There is no event limit. Each event is billed individually according to the plan chosen for that specific event.
Which payment methods do you accept?

For platform subscriptions and services, we accept:

  • Multicaixa Express (number + proof)
  • Bank Reference (ATM/App)
  • PayPal (international)
  • Bank transfer

For ticket sales on the portal, available methods depend on gateways configured by the organizer.

Is there a discount for multiple events?
